90 Days of Guided Implementation
Your Guided Implementation engagement includes six private one-on-one online working sessions over 90 days.
During those sessions, we work through the CFD framework using your company as the subject.
You will also receive:
A 60-minute follow-up approximately 30 days after the initial 90-day engagement, giving us a chance to review what is working, what is slipping, and what may need to be adjusted.
A second 60-minute follow-up approximately 30 days later (180 days total), allowing us to see whether the changes actually became part of the way the company operates.
That gives us approximately six months from beginning to final review.
CFD itself is designed as a repeating improvement cycle rather than a program you complete once and forget. Each cycle helps the company become better at identifying and improving its next process.
You Work Directly With the Author
There is no handoff to a junior consultant.
