How Guided Implementation Works

We work together virtually over 90 days, using Chaotic Flow Dynamics as the framework and your business as the subject.

The engagement includes six private one-hour working sessions during those 90 days.

We will work through the areas that matter most to your company, including identifying the real problem, looking at how the work flows today, finding unnecessary steps or bottlenecks, improving processes, documenting what needs to be documented, introducing changes to the team, and determining how you will know whether those changes are working.

CFD itself is built around moving from identifying a real problem through mapping, streamlining, process design, implementation, measurement, and continued improvement.

And we don’t just stop at Day 90.

Your engagement also includes:

One 60-minute follow-up approximately 30 days later, and

One additional 60-minute follow-up approximately 30 days after that.

That 180 days gives us a chance to see what stuck, what needs adjusting, and where you may want to go next.
