Boundless Products is your go-to online shop for all-natural, thoughtfully made wellness essentials, and business digital products. When you browse, click, or shop with us, this agreement explains what you and Boundless Products are responsible for- kind of like a friendly handshake in digital form.
2. Using Our Website
By using our site, you promise to use it for good, not for any illegal, harmful, or sneaky stuff that could hurt us or other users. We also reserve the right to update or change our terms as needed weāll always post the newest version right here.
3. How Orders Work
Every order you place with us is an offer to purchase products subject to these terms. Once we accept your order; usually when we process payment and send a confirmation, the contract between us is formed. Pricing, availability, and product descriptions are updated regularly, but if we goofed, weāll let you know ASAP. Conversely, if you place and order and didnāt mean to, let us know ASAP, for physical products we will do our best to provide a refund if the product has not shipped. Unfortunately with Digital Products, we are unable to issue a refund. We are easy to work with and will do our best to refund your purchase before it is shipped. With banking rules and regulations backing your purchase, it may take up to 10 days to complete the refund ā please be patient.
4. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you buy from Boundless Products! But if you change your mind, hereās how returns work:
āØ You can return products that are unopened, unused, and still in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Please note:
- We cannot offer a refund on any digital products.
- We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
- Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged (in this case, please let us know and we get a new order sent out as soon as possible, just send us a picture of the damaged product on the āContact Usā Form.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, weāll let you know your refund status.
If a product arrives damaged or you suspect a shipment mix-up, let us know and weāll make it right!
5. Intellectual Property & Content
Everything you see on this site- from product names to photos to blog content is owned by Boundless Products (or used with permission) and protected by copyright. Youāre free to look, learn, and share within reason, but you canāt commercially reuse our content without permission. We just ask for kindness in this regard.
6. Limitation of Liability
We take pride in offering thoughtfully made, high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, all Boundless Products are provided on an āas-isā and āas availableā basis, and use of our products is entirely voluntary and at your own discretion.
